Work backwards from the date you need stock.
Start with the collection you want to launch and the date the goods need to reach your academy or warehouse. We can then discuss the product brief, sampling and available shipment options as separate decisions. An early freight discussion helps you compare the total project cost rather than unit prices alone.
Coordinate a rash guard and shorts collection
For a no-gi range, share the complete front, back and sleeve artwork, then identify the matching shorts design. Confirm whether the garments are intended as a coordinated set or will be stocked separately. Keep the brand colours and logo proportions consistent while approving the placement on each garment.
Discuss fabric weight, sleeve length, fit and waistband requirements before requesting a sample. If you are adding a gi to the collection, treat its fabric, embroidery and size chart as a separate specification.
Compare shipment choices using the packed order
Ask us to assess available courier, air cargo or sea freight arrangements against your quantity and required arrival date. The comparison needs shipment weight and volume; a garment count on its own is not a final freight quotation.
If some goods are needed earlier, discuss a separate shipment before production and packing are finalised. Splitting an order can change the freight cost. Any proposed saving or delivery advantage should be checked in the written quotation.
Confirm the suburb, state and receiving arrangements
Include the delivery suburb, state and postcode with your street and unit details. Australia Post validates addresses using that combination, and accurate destination details also help us request a suitable carrier quotation.
State whether a warehouse appointment or a particular receiving window is needed. We confirm transit estimates after reviewing the destination and service. Allow for sample approval and manufacturing separately; freight estimates are not a promise that production can meet an unagreed launch date.
Start with a garment.
Use a catalog reference to show the construction you have in mind. Final materials, branding, quantities and delivery are confirmed in your quotation.

Questions from Australia buyers
Can you compare air and sea shipment for my order?
Ask us to review available options once quantity, packing and destination are known. The appropriate service depends on shipment size, cost and timing.
Can my sample travel separately from the bulk order?
Yes, a commissioned sample has its own agreed dispatch and freight arrangements. Sample approval should be completed before the bulk specification is released.
Are prices shown in Australian dollars?
The catalog displays USD only. The final invoice states the payable currency and agreed freight and other charges.
