Elite BJJ Gi is a specialized platform of Saeed Classical Works International, Sialkot, Pakistan. We manufacture BJJ gis for adults, women and children, rash guards, grappling and MMA shorts, belts and gi bags for brands, gyms and academies.
This website is a product catalog and enquiry service. Orders are arranged directly with our team; submitting a form does not place an order.
02Your quotation and order confirmation
Before payment, we confirm the product references, materials, branding, size breakdown, quantity, final price, payment schedule and shipping arrangements in a written quotation or pro forma invoice. Website price ranges are indicative USD prices per piece.
An order proceeds after written acceptance and the approvals and payment conditions stated in that document. Direct bank transfer is preferred for bulk orders. A card payment link may be arranged separately where available and agreed.
03Samples, approvals and production
Sample costs, development work and production estimates are confirmed for each project. Manufacturing begins once the required specifications, artwork or sample approvals and agreed payment conditions are complete.
Production time and shipping time are separate. A change to quantities, materials, sizing or artwork may affect cost and scheduling; any revision must be agreed in writing. We do not promise a universal production or delivery time.
04Shipping methods and charges
Courier, air cargo or sea freight may be arranged according to shipment size, destination and available service. The quotation identifies the shipping charge, delivery basis and any agreed insurance or special handling.
Shipping is included in the total only where the quotation expressly says so. Remote-area charges, import costs and additional services must be checked against the agreed terms; they are not automatically included in catalog prices.
05Customs, duties and delivery terms
The written quotation states who is responsible for customs clearance, import duties and taxes. Duty-paid delivery applies only when expressly offered and agreed for your destination and shipment.
Please provide accurate recipient details, a delivery address and any importer information needed for clearance. We will explain the available arrangements before you confirm the shipment.
06Dispatch, tracking and delays
Tracking details or freight documents are shared after dispatch when available. Carrier dates are estimates unless a specific guaranteed service has been agreed in writing.
Customs inspections, public holidays, weather, carrier disruption and destination restrictions may affect transit. If a delay occurs, contact us with your order reference so we can investigate and provide an update. A delay does not remove rights or remedies that apply by law.
07Delivery checks and shipment problems
Check the parcel condition and quantities on arrival. Photograph visible damage and retain the packaging, labels and delivery documents. Where possible, record visible damage with the carrier at delivery.
Report visible damage, shortages or incorrect goods within 7 calendar days of delivery under the proposed claim process. Contact us as soon as a hidden issue is discovered. We review shipment concerns with you and the carrier; any applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
