One academy identity. A practical ordering plan.
For an academy order, start with the people who will wear the gear: adult students, women’s classes and junior programs may need separate size runs. For a retail brand, start with the styles and quantities in your launch collection. We use that breakdown to discuss construction, decoration and a quotation for delivery to the United States.
Separate your academy kit from your retail collection
A training uniform can pair a pearl-weave gi with embroidered academy branding. A no-gi collection can combine a sublimated rash guard and grappling shorts. Decide whether these will be sold as sets or individual garments before allocating quantities; a matching design does not mean every student needs the same size in both pieces.
Send a quantity table for each style and size. Include any women’s cuts, children’s sizes and belt requirements rather than combining everything into one total. Minimum quantities are confirmed against the selected product and decoration.
Approve details that make reordering easier
Identify the gi fabric weight, trouser fabric, collar construction and embroidery positions in your brief. For rash guards, record sleeve length, fit and the complete print artwork. A saved reference is most useful when it includes the approved measurements and materials, not just a photograph.
Tell us which features must remain consistent on later orders. Reorders still need confirmation of material availability, quantity and timing; keeping the original order reference helps us identify the specification you want.
Quote delivery to the actual US receiving address
Provide the street address, suite or unit, city, state and ZIP Code, plus the receiving contact. Say whether the destination is your academy, a warehouse or another business location, and whether it has delivery-hour restrictions.
Ask for the freight charge and customs responsibilities to be separated clearly in your quotation. Any duty-paid arrangement must be confirmed for that shipment. A shipping estimate begins after dispatch; it is separate from sampling and manufacturing time.
Start with a garment.
Use a catalog reference to show the construction you have in mind. Final materials, branding, quantities and delivery are confirmed in your quotation.

Questions from United States buyers
Are these products made in the USA?
No. Elite BJJ Gi is a platform of Saeed Classical Works International in Sialkot, Pakistan. These are custom manufacturing enquiries for export to US buyers.
Can I plan an adult and junior academy range together?
Yes. Send separate product and size breakdowns for each group. We confirm the specifications and minimum quantities for each item before accepting the order.
Can you guarantee acceptance at a US tournament?
No blanket event approval is included. Send the specific event requirements before quotation so the proposed garment and branding can be reviewed against them.
