Carry the club identity across the whole range.
For a French JJB club, a collection may start with a branded kimono and extend to a rash guard, shorts, belt or gi bag. Define the purpose of each item before choosing the branding: the main club uniform, junior training gear and optional merchandise can share an identity without using exactly the same layout.
Prepare club emblems for embroidery and print
Supply the emblem in a clear production file and identify which elements must remain unchanged. Fine outlines, small lettering and gradients need a production review when moving from a printed logo to embroidery. Approve the actual decoration size and position for each garment.
Keep accents and French club wording in the final artwork. If you need labels or packaging in French, provide the approved text and identify its placement before sampling. Do not rely on an automatic translation of your club name.
Give adults and juniors their own size allocation
A junior gi is not defined only by reducing an adult size name. Confirm the children’s product, fabric and measurement chart, then record quantities separately from adult and women’s cuts. List belts and bags as their own items when requesting a complete club package.
For an association order, nominate one person to consolidate the final brief and approve the sample. A single version of the size list and artwork reduces confusion when different members send comments or revisions.
Specify the destination before comparing freight
Provide the recipient, street address, postcode and town, including CEDEX details if they form part of your receiving address. State clearly if the delivery is to mainland France or an overseas destination; ask for that actual location to be assessed rather than relying on a mainland estimate.
The written quotation should identify shipping charges and who handles clearance, duties and taxes. We agree the manufacturing schedule after the specification is settled, and confirm the available shipping arrangement separately.
Start with a garment.
Use a catalog reference to show the construction you have in mind. Final materials, branding, quantities and delivery are confirmed in your quotation.

Questions from France buyers
Is a JJB kimono the BJJ gi shown in your catalog?
This page uses JJB kimono to describe the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu uniform. Check the selected product’s jacket, trouser and sizing specification when requesting a quotation.
Can one club design be adapted for children?
Discuss the children’s product and measurements separately. Decoration size and placement should be reviewed on that garment rather than copied unchanged from an adult mockup.
Can a club committee send design changes?
You can collect feedback from your team, but send one consolidated revision through the nominated order contact. The final written approval should identify the agreed artwork and size list.
