01Business and website

Elite BJJ Gi is a specialized catalog and enquiry platform of Saeed Classical Works International, 10 KM Daska Road, Opposite Citi Housing Society, Ghuinke, Sialkot 51310, Pakistan.

We supply custom BJJ gear to brands, academies and other buyers by written quotation. The website has no shopping-cart checkout. An enquiry or request for a quotation does not itself confirm an order.

02Quotations and order agreement

Your written quotation or pro forma invoice identifies the agreed products, specifications, quantities, prices, development charges where applicable, payment conditions and delivery arrangements. Any validity period is stated in that document.

Review the quotation and these policies before payment. An order proceeds after written acceptance and fulfilment of its stated approval and payment requirements. A specific written order agreement takes priority over general wording where lawful; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

03Prices, currency and payment

Catalog ranges are indicative USD prices per piece. Final pricing depends on materials, quantity, construction, branding and packaging. Shipping, taxes, duties and other charges are included only where expressly stated in the quotation. The amount and payable currency are confirmed before payment.

Direct bank transfer is preferred for bulk orders. Instructions are supplied directly with the agreed quotation or invoice. A card payment link may be arranged separately where available and agreed. Check the payee, amount, currency and order reference before paying, and verify any unexpected change in bank details through an established contact channel.

04Artwork, measurements and approvals

You are responsible for having permission to use the logos, artwork and other content you supply. Check spelling, logo placement, color references, measurements, size breakdown and construction before giving written approval.

Production follows the agreed specification and approved artwork or sample. A proposed change after approval must be reviewed for cost and scheduling before it is accepted. Website photography and screen colors are references; any agreed physical sample or written color standard should be identified in the order.

05Samples and development charges

Where sampling or development is requested, its scope, charges, shipping costs and estimated timing are agreed separately. A sample fee, setup fee or development charge is credited against a later order only when expressly stated in the quotation.

Approving a sample confirms the features agreed for that sample; any differences intended for bulk production must also be recorded in writing.

06Delivery, changes and product concerns

Read the Service & Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy alongside your quotation. Production and transit estimates are separate, and shipping responsibilities depend on the agreed delivery terms.

For a concern, contact us promptly with your order reference and evidence. Changes, cancellations and remedies are assessed against the approved order, work completed and applicable rights. These terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of responsibility for faulty or incorrect goods.

07Confidentiality and intellectual property

Customer-supplied branding and artwork remain subject to the rights of their owners. We use project materials to assess and carry out your requested work. Confidential customer designs or branded production should not be published or shared for promotion without permission.

Exclusive tooling, design-development ownership and any transfer of intellectual property require a specific written agreement. Supplying a reference image does not establish rights to copy a third party’s protected design. Our pre-existing manufacturing knowledge remains ours unless otherwise lawfully agreed.

08Competition and compliance requirements

Tell us before quotation about event rules, testing, labeling or destination-specific requirements. We will review what can be supplied and document any agreed requirements.

A catalog description is not a universal certification or a guarantee of acceptance at every competition. Testing or certification for a particular custom specification must be expressly agreed; no transferable certificate is implied.

09Website use and privacy

Use the enquiry service for genuine business requests and provide accurate contact details. Do not submit malicious content, attempt unauthorized access or send information you have no right to disclose.

Our Privacy Policy explains how contact and project information is handled. Links to other services are provided for convenience and are subject to those services’ own terms.

The governing law is the law of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory protections and rights to use courts or authorities that apply to the buyer. A different lawful arrangement may be set out in a written order agreement. These terms do not establish an exclusive court venue or a broad liability cap.

Revised website terms apply prospectively from their stated effective date. They do not silently change an existing confirmed order; any order amendment needs a separate agreement.
