Tell us which classes or product range you are buying for, and identify the garments required for each. Adult, women’s and junior academy gear can have different measurement and coverage requirements. We discuss the available construction and branding against your brief rather than assuming one cut suits every group.
Approve Arabic lettering as finished artwork
For Arabic club names or slogans, supply the final wording in vector or outlined artwork where possible. Check letter connections, reading direction and spacing in the mockup. Our production review does not replace your approval of the language and spelling.
Review embroidered lettering at the intended physical size. If the emblem includes both Arabic and English, approve their relative positions together and show how the mark should appear on the gi, rash guard and accessories.
Discuss sleeve length, fit and fabric as separate choices
For rash guards, specify short or long sleeves and the fit you want. For gis, identify the fabric weight, trousers and the required size chart. If a particular class or buyer group needs a different cut or coverage, include measurements and a reference before quotation.
A lightweight garment and a heavier training gi serve different briefs. Ask about the available materials for your intended use, and confirm the selected fabric in the sample approval. No climate-based performance claim is assumed from a product name.
Include the Saudi National Address in the freight enquiry
Send your National Address or Short Address together with the full receiving details, city, postal code and contact number. SPL’s address system helps identify the delivery location; a city name alone is not sufficient for a shipment quotation.
Identify the receiving business and the person who will handle any clearance questions. We confirm the service, documentation and responsibility for import charges in writing. Do not assume duty-paid delivery or a fixed transit time until the arrangement for your shipment is agreed.

Is the Saudi delivery price included in the USD range?
No, unless a written quotation expressly includes it. Catalog ranges are indicative unit prices; freight and any agreed import arrangements are confirmed for your destination.
