Get the product information right before printing.
A Canadian academy or brand may need different versions of its club name, garment information or packaging. Include the exact text and intended placement in the production brief. We manufacture to the approved artwork and specifications; your sales region and intended use should be clear before labels are developed.
Manage English and French artwork as approved files
If your collection needs English and French wording, supply the final text for both rather than asking production to translate from a logo image. Keep accents, line breaks and font choices in the approved artwork. Review readability at the actual label or print size.
State which versions belong on the garment, the packaging or both. Have the applicable labelling requirements checked for your intended sales market before approval; a translated design by itself is not a compliance assessment.
Match sizing and packaging to your sales channel
For an academy collection, organise garments by student size and product type. For a brand selling individual items, define the garment reference, size identification and any requested packaging format. We confirm which packing arrangements can be included in the order.
Give gi jacket and trouser measurements separately where needed. For no-gi sets, specify whether tops and shorts use the same size allocation or different quantities. This makes the quotation and later packing instructions easier to check.
Use the province and postal code for freight planning
A quotation for delivery to Canada needs the municipality, province or territory, postal code and full street address. Include unit details and a telephone contact. Tell us if the goods will go to a fulfilment warehouse with booking or labelling instructions.
Freight availability, transit estimates and any additional delivery charges are checked against that address and the packed shipment. Import responsibilities and any duty-paid option must be stated in the written offer. Website unit prices do not automatically include those costs.
Start with a garment.
Use a catalog reference to show the construction you have in mind. Final materials, branding, quantities and delivery are confirmed in your quotation.

Questions from Canada buyers
Can I supply French wording for labels?
Yes. Supply your final approved text and artwork. We review the production format with you; translation accuracy and market-specific wording should be checked before approval.
Can one collection contain both gi and no-gi items?
Yes. List each product, design and size allocation separately so that material choices, minimum quantities and packing can be quoted accurately.
Is delivery priced the same throughout Canada?
We quote your actual address and shipment. A country name alone is not enough to confirm the freight charge or estimated delivery time.
