Make the receiving plan part of the order brief.
A Qatar order needs both a garment specification and a clear destination contact. Tell us who is buying, who will receive the cartons and who will handle import clearance. This is especially useful when an academy operates inside a larger club or sports facility and the buying contact is not the delivery receiver.
Plan the academy kit by garment, not just by headcount
Separate gi sets, rash guards, grappling shorts and accessories in the quantity list. Confirm whether every student needs a complete kit or whether some items will be optional. Adult and junior sizes should be recorded against the relevant garment chart.
For a launch or intake date, give us the required arrival date early. We review sampling, artwork approval and production separately from transport. A target date is only confirmed after the full brief and shipment options have been assessed.
Coordinate the artwork approval through one contact
If the kit carries Arabic lettering, English lettering or both, send a single approved logo file and indicate the layout for every garment. Check spelling and placement before signing off the design; embroidery and sublimation require separate production preparation.
Use one named contact to approve changes from coaches, management or the brand team. Any revision after approval needs a written cost and scheduling review before it is applied to production.
Confirm non-DDP shipping and the Qatar address
We do not currently offer delivered duty paid (DDP) shipping to Qatar. Before confirming an order, agree the available freight service and the arrangements for destination clearance, duties, taxes and local charges. These costs are not represented as included in the catalog price.
Provide the zone, street and building numbers, plus the facility or company name and the receiver’s phone number. Qatar Post identifies these numbered address components for delivery. Add any gate, reception or receiving-hour instructions so the destination can be quoted accurately.

Can you send my Qatar order DDP?
No. DDP shipping is currently unavailable for Qatar. We confirm the available shipment terms and the handling of destination charges before you accept the quotation.
What address should I provide for a sports facility?
Include its zone, street and building numbers, facility name and a reachable receiver. Add reception or gate instructions where needed, rather than sending only the academy name.
Can I pay for a bulk order by bank transfer?
Yes. Direct bank transfer is our preferred method for bulk orders. The agreed quotation or invoice supplies the payment schedule and instructions; any alternative card link is arranged separately.
