Quotations and samples
How do I request a quotation?
Use the enquiry form with your product reference, destination, quantity, size breakdown and branding requirements. We receive it by email and reply directly with questions or a quotation.
Does submitting the form place an order?
No. Your enquiry starts a conversation. Products, specifications, final costs, payment conditions and delivery arrangements are agreed in writing before an order proceeds.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum depends on the product, materials and customization. Tell us your planned quantity so we can confirm what is available for your project.
Can I arrange a sample first?
Ask us about a sample when sending your brief. Sample scope, price, shipping and estimated timing are confirmed individually. Any credit against a later bulk order must be included in the quotation.
Are the displayed prices final?
The website shows indicative USD prices per piece. The final quotation depends on quantity, materials, branding and packaging. Shipping, duties and taxes are included only where the quotation says so.
What should I check before approving a sample?
Check the fit and measurements, fabric, stitching, colors, logo size and placement, labels and finishing against your written brief. Send one consolidated list of changes. Bulk production should follow the final approved specification and artwork; record any intended difference from the sample before giving approval.
Gi fabrics, fit and garment care
What does GSM mean when choosing a BJJ gi?
GSM means grams per square metre: it describes the fabric’s weight per unit area. It does not describe the total weight of a complete gi or establish quality on its own. Tell us the jacket weight you want and confirm the weave, trouser fabric and construction separately.
Which gi jacket and trouser fabrics can I discuss with you?
Our BJJ range includes pearl-weave jackets and ripstop trouser options. A 450 GSM jacket with 10 oz ripstop trousers is one specification you can discuss; lighter jacket options can also be reviewed for your project. Confirm the exact material, weight and availability in your quotation rather than assuming every catalog design uses the same fabric.
Will a pre-shrunk BJJ gi still shrink?
Pre-shrunk does not mean that a garment cannot change size. The fabric, wash temperature and drying method affect the result. If measurements after washing are important to your range, agree a wash-check method and acceptable tolerances during sampling. We do not promise a universal shrinkage percentage across all custom specifications.
Can you manufacture to our own size chart?
Send your measurement table with clear measuring points and units. Include separate requirements for adult, women’s and junior garments. We review the chart before sampling; a familiar size name such as A2 or Large does not guarantee the same measurements across different brands.
What fabric details should I specify for rash guards and shorts?
For rash guards, include the fabric composition, GSM, sleeve length, fit and any hem-band requirements. For grappling shorts, identify the stretch fabric, cut, waistband, fastening and lining requirements. Share your intended use and a reference so we can confirm the available construction and materials before quoting.
What care instructions should be used for my collection?
The care instructions should match the fabric, decoration and finishing approved for that order. Confirm the wording before labels are produced. Follow the supplied garment instructions rather than applying one washing or drying method to every gi, rash guard and pair of shorts.
Branding, artwork and production
Can you produce gear with my branding?
We can discuss your logo, embroidery or print, labels and packaging as part of the manufacturing brief. List the branding required on each garment, then approve its dimensions, colors and placement before production. You must have permission to use the artwork you supply.
Can I order women’s and children’s sizes?
Yes, the catalog includes women’s and children’s products. Confirm the required measurements and size breakdown with our team; use the approved specification for your order.
How long will production take?
We quote an estimate for your specific order. Timing depends on the product, quantity, materials and approvals. Production and shipping are separate stages, and changes may affect both cost and timing.
Will my gear meet competition requirements?
Tell us which event rules or testing requirements you need before quotation. Any agreed requirements must be recorded for your order; a catalog listing is not a guarantee of acceptance at every event.
Should I choose embroidery or sublimation for my design?
Embroidery forms the design with stitched thread and can be discussed for gi branding. Sublimation is used for printed designs on suitable fabrics, including rash guards and grappling shorts. Fine lettering, gradients and large artwork need different preparation for each method. We review the design against the selected garment before confirming how it will be produced.
Which artwork files should I send?
Send vector artwork such as AI, EPS, SVG or a vector PDF where available. Outline fonts or include the required font information, and provide color references and actual logo dimensions. A photograph or sketch can start the discussion, but the final production artwork must be checked and approved. A PDF containing only a low-resolution image is not the same as a vector file.
Will the print artwork match the approved mockup?
The approved design is the production reference. Panel artwork must keep its agreed composition, colors, branding, proportions and placement; it should not be independently redrawn into a different design during export. Confirm any necessary production adjustment in writing before manufacture.
Can I specify a brand color?
Supply a Pantone reference or a physical color sample where possible. Review the proposed result on the actual fabric or decoration during sampling, because a screen image alone is not a reliable physical color reference. Record the approved reference and any agreed tolerance with the order.
Payment and delivery
How do I pay for a bulk order?
Direct bank transfer is our preferred method for bulk orders. We send the payment schedule and bank instructions with your agreed quotation or invoice.
Can I pay by card?
A card payment link may be arranged directly with our team where available and suitable for your order. Do not send card numbers, security codes or verification codes through email, WhatsApp or the enquiry form.
Can you ship to my country?
Send your destination country and delivery address with the enquiry. We confirm available shipping options, charges and estimated transit time before you agree the shipment.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
Your quotation sets out the delivery basis and responsibility for customs clearance, duties and taxes. Duty-paid delivery applies only when expressly agreed for your shipment.
Repeat orders, confidentiality and support
What if I need to change my order?
Contact us promptly with your order reference. We will check the production stage and explain whether changes are possible and how they affect price or timing.
What should I do if goods arrive damaged or incorrect?
Keep the packaging and labels, photograph the issue and email faraz@sports.biz.pk with your order reference and affected quantity. Review the Refund & Return Policy and contact us before sending goods back.
How do I get a reply to my enquiry?
We reply to the email address you enter in the form. Check that it is correct before sending. If you cannot find a reply, check your spam folder or contact us through WhatsApp.
How do I reorder the same design?
Send the previous order or product reference, approved artwork version and a fresh size-and-quantity breakdown. Identify any changes explicitly. We reconfirm material availability, pricing and the production schedule before accepting the reorder, rather than assuming all details remain unchanged.
Will you keep our designs and brand information confidential?
We use the artwork and project information you provide to assess and carry out your requested manufacturing work. Confidential designs and customer-branded production are not used for public promotion without permission. If your project needs a specific NDA or exclusivity agreement, arrange it before sharing restricted technical material.
Can you show another customer’s branded work?
We respect customer confidentiality and cannot share another brand’s protected designs, project files or identity without permission. We can discuss our own catalog references and any examples we are permitted to show, so you can assess the type of construction and finishing you need.
Tell us about your project.
